At Flow Fitness everything revolves around movement, and we are moving in the right direction for people, the environment and society too. From self-generated energy and a gas-free head office to a fair supply chain and equipment that lasts for years: we keep fitness accessible without losing sight of the world around it.
Sustainable from the ground up
At the end of 2025 we moved into a brand-new head office that we designed to be as green as possible from the very first sketch. It uses no gas: solar panels on the roof generate our own electricity and heat pumps take care of both heating and cooling. Smart design choices push consumption down further, from lighting that responds to presence to rainwater that we collect on our own grounds.
For us, sustainability does not stop at what we sell. It starts in the place where we work every day.
Cleaner on the move
We make cleaner travel and work as easy as possible, in the warehouse and on the road. Our internal transport is fully electric, from pallet truck to forklift, and our cars charge on the power from our own solar panels. We also encourage colleagues to leave the car at home more often.

Our lease cars are fully electric and charge their power from our own roof.
Electric internal transport
In the warehouse too, internal transport is fully electrically powered.
Company bicycle
Through an attractive lease scheme, colleagues hop on a regular bike or e-bike, so the car stays parked more often.
Built to last
The most sustainable product is the one you do not have to replace. That is why we design our equipment for quality and a long lifespan, and make our packaging cleaner step by step.
Long lifespan
Sturdy materials and a well-thought-out construction mean your machine lasts for years rather than wearing out early.
Recycled material
More and more of our equipment and packaging contains recycled material instead of new raw materials.
Less plastic and waste
Styrofoam has almost disappeared and our own baler compresses the packaging waste: up to 70 to 80% less plastic and 50% less cardboard.
Recycling contribution
Through recycling contributions we help ensure responsible collection and processing at the end of the line.
Repair instead of replace
Our own technical service takes care of the maintenance and repair of fitness equipment. This way we extend the lifespan of products and prevent unnecessary replacement. That means not only better service for our customers, but also less waste of materials.
Responsible down to the last component
Even when a machine has reached the end of its life, we take our responsibility. We set aside usable parts for repair or reuse; what is truly worn out we process together with our certified recycling partner HKS (holding WEEELABEX and ISO, among others), so that electronics, metal and plastic are recycled in the right way. In every country where we operate, we also comply with the regulations on the recycling of appliances, batteries and packaging.
Fit at work
Sport is in our DNA, during working hours too. Colleagues train in our own facilities with exactly the equipment we sell ourselves, and fresh fruit every day keeps everyone sharp. Healthy, energetic people are the foundation of everything we do.

Fair from start to finish
Responsible business does not stop at our own front door. We work with producers who share our values and keep a close eye on the entire chain.
amfori BSCI audits
Through amfori BSCI audits we assess our suppliers on safe and fair working conditions.
Code of Conduct signed
All our producers have signed our Code of Conduct and commit to the same standards.
Regular checks
With regular checks we make sure the agreements made are actually kept.
Compliance with EU legislation
Our products comply with the applicable EU legislation, including CE marking, GPSR, Declaration of Conformity (DoC), CLP labelling and EN ISO 20957.
