Shipping and installation
When will I receive my order?
If you place an order on a business day before 2:00 PM, it will be delivered throughout the Netherlands the next working day. Orders on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders on weekends will be delivered on Tuesday.
Orders to Belgium take 2 business days.
If you prefer to receive the order on another day or if you prefer delivery in the morning or afternoon, you can indicate this in the order overview at ordering / installing.
Where will the device be delivered?
Standard delivery on the ground floor.
Can I have my ordered product installed?
Because we want to offer the best possible service, our specialized technicians will be happy to set up the device for you. You can indicate this in the order overview. The following costs will be added:

Can my product be installed in the attic?
That is certainly possible. We make no distinction whether the fitness equipment should be installed on the ground floor, first floor or in the attic. We use the same above mentioned rate.
Can I also install the product myself?
Each product has a manual detailing the installation steps. If you have ever been able to put together an IKEA cabinet, you won’t have any problems. Problems with installation? Then you can always call or email our support department. See below for details.
How quickly is the order delivered and installed?
If you have opted for installation, we will contact you for an appointment within 24 hours of your order. We strive to deliver as soon as possible, but of course we will coordinate with your schedule.
Do I have to create an account with an order?
It’s not mandatory but we do recommend it. It offers the following benefits.
– You can track the status of your order.
– You can return your order with 1 click.
– You can view your previous orders and possibly re-order.
– You can easily cancel your order. Even after you have paid. You will be refunded within 48 hours.
What happens to my personal details?
Your data will only be used for processing your order and / or any service at home. We will use third parties if necessary. If that is the case, a user agreement has been established with this party. The data will not be used for marketing purposes unless explicit permission has been given.

This is possible if you have created an account to place an order. Log in to my account where you can download the invoice in PDF format.
Is the product in stock?
