Extensive warranty

Flow Fitness provides a warranty on their products that goes beyond what is legally required. You can thus always turn to your brand dealer or to us if your fitness equipment no longer functions as it should. A full 3-year warranty applies to spare parts, and there is even a 10-year warranty provided on all frames and on the drive motors for treadmills.

The Flow Fitness warranty terms and conditions only apply to equipment purchased from an official Flow Fitness brand dealer. This will ensure you of optimal service and warranty. Full warranty conditions >

Warranty Procedure

When you experience an issue with your product, please follow the following procedure:

1. Check if your issue is described under FAQ and if there is a solution described.
2. If this is not the case: report your issue to the dealer from whom you have purchased the product.
3. The dealer will confer with the Flow Fitness service department regarding a solution for your issue.
4. The dealer or the Flow Fitness service department will contact you to resolve your issue.

The Flow Fitness service department will only be able to resolve service issues when products are registered for warranty.

What should I take into account when purchasing a fitness product?
  1. 1. Decide which goal you would like to reach. Do you want to burn fat, improve your stamina or strengthen your muscles? If strengthen your muscles is the primary goal, we would advise a rower. With a high resistance, you will have an intense strength work out. Improving your stamina or burning fat is possible with any product from the Flow Fitness assortment.
  2. 2. Subsequently it is important to figure out which movement or which product is most comfortable for you. Selecting a product that suits you best ensures that you will keep working out and achieve your goals faster.
  3. 3. Then decide if you prefer an advanced monitor with pre-set programmes or if you prefer a simpler display with a manual resistance.
  4. 4. Finally, but not unimportant: what is your budget?

Make a list of the before mentioned criteria and have one of our dealers advise you.

Can I report a service issue to Flow Fitness directly?

Due to the professionalism and experience of an official brand dealer, they will often be able to solve your issue. This will be quicker and more efficient than reporting your issue to Flow Fitness. We would always advise you to first contact your dealer.

I purchased my product from a dealer outside of the Flow Fitness network. Is the warranty still applicable?

Flow Fitness only has service and warranty agreements with official Flow Fitness dealers. Unofficial dealers will not be able to handle any Flow Fitness service or warranty issues. To avoid any unpleasant surprises, always check before purchase whether you are dealing with and official Flow Fitness dealer.

Can I order spare parts for my product?

All orders go through our dealer, including those for spare parts.

Can any chest belt be used with the Flow Fitness products?

If the chest belt is Polar compatible and uncoded, it can be used with every Flow Fitness Cardio product that has a 5khz heart rate receiver build in.

Where can I find the serial number?

You can find the serial number next to the adapter plug in. When the product does not come with an adapter the serial number can be found underneath the large plastic covers.

Can I easily install the product myself?

All our products come with a clear manual in both English and Dutch. With this manual, you can install the product yourself. A couple of our dealers also offer an installation service.

Are the products noisy?

All Flow Fitness products with a magnetic resistance system are equipped with high quality bearings offering you a noiseless work out.

Do the products run on electricity?

A couple of the Flow Fitness products run on batteries. The products with training programmes run on electricity. This excludes the all products from the ECO line (HT2000G, CT200G & CT4000G). These generate their own electricity, which is used for the console and resistance system.

Can I perform a heart rate controlled training on the Flow Fitness products?

All Flow Fitness equipment that offer training programmes feature multiple heart rate controlled programmes which enable a responsible and save training method. Contact your dealer for further advise.

Is it advisable to work out with a chest belt?

When you are planning to complete a heart rate controlled work out it is advisable to use a chest belt. A chest belt is more accurate and less susceptible to interference then using the hand sensors. Additionally, the chest belt offers the freedom to adopt different positions during your work out.
