Exchange and returns

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with a Flow Fitness product, so you can comfortably train to achieve your goal. We therefore offer the possibility to exchange or return the product free of charge within 30 days after purchase if you are not satisfied.

 

How do I return my product?

Go to my account and select the order you want to return. Click on return and fill out the return form. You will be contacted within 24 hours for a pick-up appointment.
In my account you can follow the status of your return request. These are the different steps.

In mijn account kun je volgen wat de status is van je retourverzoek. Dit zijn de verschillende fasen.
1. Request has been received
2. Product has arrived and is being checked
3. Product is approved and you will get a refund

You will also receive an email with each status. This way you will stay informed and you do not have to log in every time.

For a successful return procedure, the product must be unused, in the original packaging and placed on the ground floor so that the driver can pick it up.

If you have not created an account after placing an order and still want to return a product, please contact us using the telephone number or email address below.

 

Return costs?

Returning the product is completely free. We will refund you the purchase amount

 

How long does it take before I have my refund?

Within 48 hours after we have approved the returned product, the purchase amount will be transferred to you.

 

How long will the return or exchange process take?

We have a two week return policy but we do try to handle your return or exchange request as quickly as possible.

 

What should I do if a product is damaged or defective on delivery?
