We cannot live without our smartphones and tablets anymore, but they seem to be conflicting with an active lifestyle. After all, checking the latest updates on Facebook is generally not combined with running a (half)marathon nor with a big bike ride. But now the Front Drive DCT1200i crosstrainer by Flow Fitness is here, which connects both worlds via Bluetooth. You can, for example, easily log into an app such as Fit Hi Way and use many different training programmes. But it is of course also possible to make the workout even more appealing by watching the news, checking stock prices or catching up on your favourite Netflix series, while working out.
Because the DCT1200i is equipped with transport wheels, it can easily be rolled away for storage after a workout.
The rotating disc of the DCT1200i is located in the front, and the crosstrainer has a stride length of a full 39cm. This enables a smooth and comfortable elliptical motion, and for the feet a natural heel-to-toe roll.
The strong steel construction of the frame and the powerful and unique motor ensure that users up to 140 kg can work out without problems.
The console can be controlled by the unique and innovative Smart Wheel. With this, you easily go through the menu and confirm your choice by pressing the button.
You might almost forget that you are putting in all the effort yourself. The rotating mass of 25kg, which is placed in the front on the DCT1200i, enables a supple movement, which feels effortless during the workout. The stroke length of this elliptical trainer is 19 Inch and the maximum user weight is 140 kg.
The 24 training programmes and 16 resistance levels will challenge you and offer variation. Your stamina is measured accurately and the DCT1200i has several heart rate controlled programmes. Out of sight – but not out of mind Finished your workout? The DCT1200i can easily be folded up and moved.
With the ‘Smart Wheel’ control you can easily pick one of the many available programmes to burn off calories and monitor the results and progress you have achieved. The Bluetooth receiver can connect to the smartphones and tablets and the integrated tablet holder makes the workout even more enjoyable. So, you can leisurely watch a tv programme or series while building up stamina.
