We specialize in designing goal based individual and group training programs for people of any age and at any fitness level.  Whether you desire to complete your first triathlon, train for a charity biking or running event, increase your sports conditioning (including golf, basketball, tennis, baseball, skiing, and more), or just to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle we can help you reach your goals.  Some of our personal and group programs include:

 

  • Circuit Training which incorporates cardiovascular fitness with strength and flexibility training, for a fun, efficient calorie burning workout.

     

  • Swim Training that combines technique instruction for improved efficiency and workout sets for improved conditioning to maximize your performance potential.

     

  • Bike Training both outdoors and indoors for focused strength and technique work.

     

  • Run Training for those who want improved race performance and those looking to start for the first time.

     

  • Triathlon Training that involves programs designed for specific races and general year round conditioning.

  • Nutritional Guidance to ensure you achieve the most benefits from your training program including weight loss, health management and optimum performance.  Nutrition is a key factor in a healthy lifestyle and training program.  Learn how to eat healthfully without sacrificing the tastes you enjoy.
     

We use the best learning tools available including - Video Analysis - in order to closely review your form and technique and show you what can be changed for improvement.  This has proven to be invaluable in making quick, drastic enhancements in form, technique, efficiency and speed.  Often times how we visualize our technique in our minds and what we are actually doing in the pool or on the road are dramatically different.  Only through video analysis can these distinctions be made and the necessary improvements actualized!

RATES:

One time appointment for program review/analysis/development - $65

Initial Session for Sports Coaching - $75 - Includes Video Analysis

 

Monthly training program development with ongoing review, updates and feedback including unlimited phone/e-mail correspondence for questions and 1 one-on-one session per month - $100 per month

 

ONGOING SESSIONS:

2x per week - $60.00 per session
3x per week - $55.00 per session

GROUP RATES:
2 per group – $45 per person/session
3 per group - $40 per person/session

4 or more per group - $30 per person/session

POLICIES:
Payment due at the beginning
of each week; unless otherwise arranged
Minimum of 8 weeks for beginners*
Minimum of 4 weeks for continuing clients*

 

*Commitment term can be negotiated but it is designed for your benefit to ensure you get the most out of the time, resources and effort invested in your health and fitness goals.
 

In addition to the training programs available above, if you are in the Western New York region, you can visit the Center for Lifetime Wellness where our highly specialized staff manage the fitness facility.  Barb Battle is on location as the Facility Director.  The Center is a physician supported, full service fitness facility with a variety of cardiovascular equipment including ellipticals, treadmills, upright and recumbent bicycles; a full circuit of Cybex strength training equipment, a Bowflex machine, dumbbells and resistance cords; and numerous group exercise and educational wellness classes guaranteed to meet all your fitness and wellness needs!
