"After dealing with a decade-old back injury, I was frustrated with my inability to move beyond a few weeks of working out without re-injuring my back.  I realized that maybe my back injury was only part of my problem, and that maybe I needed to take a fresh approach on how to "best" workout. To accomplish this, I knew I needed a coach.  My goal was simply to get fit.

Marc had heard of my back injury, and believed he could help me improve my overall fitness by evaluating my workouts, and teaching me a variety of back friendly exercise routines that had helped him through his own back injury.  Marc designed a thoughtful, cautious and effective fitness regimen for me.  Most importantly, he took the worrying out of my workouts.

My newly learned approach to fitness has provided me many rewards.  Five months into my training, I'm 25 pounds lighter, and I've lost several inches from my waistline.
