Fitness swimmers:
This might include adults who have a wide range of recreation swimming experience. You should be familiar and comfortable in the water. Training sessions will be focused on learning, improving strokes, improving comfort levels, and increasing training loads. The coaches will use a combination of drill & practice sessions with short workouts to help participants build confidence and fitness. It is hoped that within the structure of this group, participants will be better prepared to use swimming as a wellness strategy.
Center for Lifetime
Wellness Members:
Members are encouraged to try participating in the organized sessions that are explained above. However, an open swim lane will be available during this time for members who are looking for pool time to do their own workout.
